Hank Luwisch - Principal

As Principal of Stonecap Equities, Mr. Luwisch has over 35 years experience as a real estate professional in development, acquisitions, brokerage, and management. Mr. Luwisch is an owner of several real estate operating companies as well as owner of commercial and residential properties in New York and New Jersey. His personal involvement with deals includes commercial property acquisition, development, and construction of income-producing properties and private funding. Through his ability to capitalize on prime real estate investment opportunities, Mr. Luwisch has created a unique and successful portfolio for Stonecap Equities.

 

Mr. Luwisch has extensive experience in land acquisitions, site development, negotiating tenant leases as well as other related real estate contracts. He has broad exposure and familiarity working with all levels of municipal governments in order to procure necessary approvals such as zoning and environmental related approvals. Mr. Luwisch has demonstrated knowledge and expertise at every level of construction and real estate through the development of tract-style projects, custom homes, retail centers, warehouse facilities, and office buildings.
